Sometime ago while talking about "men" with Patri i tell she about a friend of mine whos geting "hot" while he ager.
She laugth and tell me to "pick up him". " He´s only a good friend" i answer but at the same moment i was telling myself :"i never dare to be naked in front of him", at that very moment i knew that again i have a problem with my self-steem.

oh well... you can solve it through several different approaches...
1.- accept yourself as you are
2.- work hard to become what you want to be. Everyday. YOU can.
3.- don't stand in front, try to be under, or on top, or aside, or behind...
creativity is power! add your own thoughts now ;-)
BTW I have heard that even with low self-steem, you have a couple of reasons to be proud of yourself...
